Zumba® dance moves are easy to follow (absolutely no dance experience necessary!), and set to fun, high energy Latin and international music--we even throw in an occasional Top-40 song. The hour flies by! It is truly exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. We have people of all ages in our class and we'd love to have you join us. Dress in comfortable clothing and wear sneakers with good support but not a lot of tread. And don't forget your water bottle!

We are busy all summer long with exciting and invigorating activities and field trips. Our campers are encouraged to try new things and to challenge themselves everyday, all the while; creating everlasting friendships and learning important life skills.

Choose the trips that most excite you! >> Junior Leadership will run Tues/Wed/Thurs ONLY!>> Minimum Registration: Any 5 Days>> CAMPING TRIP: Must register for 5 days in addition to all 3 days for the camping tripRAIN DAY NOTE: Fridays will be used as a make up day for Rainy Weather. If a field trip cannot be held due to the weather, a RAIN DAY will be called and there will be NO JUNIOR LEADERSHIP. We will instead hold camp on Friday. Due to scheduling, not all rain days will be made up as the same field trip. Alternate plans may be made. Trips may include: Laser tag, hiking & climbing, amusement parks, water parks, the Amazing Race and much more! Oh did we mention there will be new trips too?! Adult Fitness - Stretch & Tone: Session 1
Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. About the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.

Adult Fitness - Stretch & Tone: Session 2
Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. About the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.
