Yoga mat and weights lay by a window
Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. 

About the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.
