Camp 4-6 is having an overnight at the Rec Park! We will have a cookout, after dark games and of course a campfire!
If your child would like to participate in the evening activities, but does not wish to stay overnight, they have the option of leaving by 10pm.
What to Bring:
>Lunch for Friday
>Sleeping Bag
>Pillow
>Mat to sleep on (optional)
>Pajamas
>Flashlight
>Clothes for Saturday
>Sweatshirt/Sweatpants for the evening
>Toiletries
>Soda machine money (optional-$2.00 per drink)
>Tent (if possible) NOTE: Campers will be sharing tents, so if you don’t have a tent, your camper can join with someone that does.
Please DO NOT Bring:
>Cell Phones
>Electronics - Radios, Gaming Devices, iPods, etc.
>Food or Candy - This attracts animals to tents!
>Prank Items: Silly String, Stink bombs, etc.
>Other items not appropriate for camp
Gear Drop Off:
Camping items can be dropped off when you come to camp in the morning so when our regular camp day is over, they can set up their tents. Please place all overnight gear to the coned in area behind the backstop of the softball field. For the safety of the campers, do not drive to the Pavilion!
OVERNIGHT SCHEDULE
Friday:
Morning Drop off is normal
Regular Camp Day 9:00-3:30 - Campers must bring lunch!
Drop off for campers not attending camp on Friday is at 3:30 pm
Set Up for overnight begins at 3:30pm
Set up tents for contest. (Decorate tents with tropical theme items)
Games & Activities throughout the evening
Dinner (provided by the Rec) approximately 6:00pm
After dark games
Campfire with ghost stories and s'mores
Bedtime 10:00 pm
Saturday:
Breakfast (provided by the Rec) approximately 6:30-7 am
Pack belongings 7-7:30 am
PICK UP AT 7:30 am
After 7:30 am there will be a charge of $5 for every 5 minutes late.
NOTE: There will not be a Rain Date. If we must cancel, your account will be credited.
Participants MUST be enrolled in Camp 4-6 for Summer 2025 in order to enroll in the overnight.
