Zumba
Zumba® dance moves are easy to follow (absolutely no dance experience necessary!), and set to fun, high energy Latin and international music--we even throw in an occasional Top-40 song. The hour flies by! It is truly exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. We have people of all ages in our class and we'd love to have you join us. Dress in comfortable clothing and wear sneakers with good support but not a lot of tread. And don't forget your water bottle!

Zumba is offered by Wells Parks & Recreation during the Summer months. During the school year, please contact Wells Adult Education for program information or to register.
