We will be covering all guidelines and procedures, practice & game info, meet the coaches, orders for practice jersey & game shorts, and the fundraiser “flower sale” to help you pay for your equipment and program. After the meeting, there will be an opportunity to trade or sell gently used equipment. EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Each player is responsible for getting their own equipment. Equipment is an additional cost to the participant. All equipment must be approved by the coach. Flower Sale Fundraiser available to offset cost of equipment.Boys Requirements: Helmet (black helmet preferred), Shoulder Pads*, Arm Pads, Gloves, Stick, Mouth guard, athletic cup, Black Shorts, & Reversible Practice Jersey (rib pads optional)*As of January 1, 2022, the National Operating Committee on Standard for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) updated the shoulder pad equipment standard, called "NOCSAE ND200". Essentially the standard increases the protection at the chest/heart area of the pad. New shoulder pads that are "NOCSAE ND200" compliant will have the NOCSAE cardio/logo. Pads that are ND200 compliant are required, not optional, so if you have shoulder pads that are a couple of years old, you will need to have them replaced. Girls Requirements: Stick, Goggles, Mouth guard & Black shortsAPPAREL:Shorts, reversible tanks, and fan apparel can be purchased through Wells Rec. 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM	Adult Fitness - Stretch & Tone: Session 1 Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. Fee: $70 per session or$125 for bothAbout the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.

6:15 PM - 7:00 PM	Adult Fitness - Stretch & Tone: Session 1 Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. Fee: $70 per session or$125 for bothAbout the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM	Zumba - Zumba Zumba® dance moves are easy to follow (absolutely no dance experience necessary!), and set to fun, high energy Latin and international music--we even throw in an occasional Top-40 song. The hour flies by! It is truly exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. We have people of all ages in our class and we'd love to have you join us. Dress in comfortable clothing and wear sneakers with good support but not a lot of tread. And don't forget your water bottle!Zumba is offered by Wells Parks & Recreation during the Summer months. 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM	Adult Fitness - Stretch & Tone: Session 1 Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. Fee: $70 per session or$125 for bothAbout the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.

The hour flies by! It is truly exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. We have people of all ages in our class and we'd love to have you join us. 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM	Adult Fitness - Stretch & Tone: Session 1 Stretch and Tone: This is a low-impact, full body workout that will tone your muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility, and help reduce stress. We move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will also help strengthen your bones. No experience necessary. Bring a mat for floor-work and light hand-held weights or 2 filled water bottles to use as weights. Fee: $70 per session or$125 for bothAbout the instructor: Judy Stark has 20+ years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. She has trained as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor as well as a Strength and Stretch Coach. She teaches classes that are accessible to all, no experience necessary. She works with people who may have injuries and limitations, as well as seasoned exercise enthusiasts. Classes are safe and effective, numerous people feel relief from pain afterwards.
