Registration Policy


Registration and payment is required prior to all classes.
We will not accept registrations over the phone without payment.
The Wells Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any program that does not meet minimum participant registration numbers.
You must be registered 2 business days before the program begins. There will be a late fee of $10 if you register after the deadline.
If you drop out of a program then a $10 processing fee will be applied.  (See Refund Policy)
There is a $5 non-resident fee on all programs.
